Delivery Area

Mud Times Ceramics ships to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days of placement. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse or our supplier's facility.

Freight Shipping

Ceramics equipment is large, heavy, and palletized — it ships via LTL freight carrier, not standard parcel services. Transit time after shipment is typically 4–9 business days depending on your delivery location. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of placement under normal conditions.

Order Fulfillment Schedule

We fulfill orders Mon-Fri, and our order cutoff time is 5pm CST.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment. The carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a delivery window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. If the carrier cannot reach you, your delivery may be delayed or incur storage fees.

Curbside Delivery

Standard freight delivery is curbside only — the driver brings your order to the curb or end of your driveway. Inside delivery, room placement, and debris removal are not included. If you need liftgate service (a hydraulic platform to lower the pallet from the truck bed to the ground), most residential deliveries include this automatically. Contact us before your order ships if you have questions about your delivery setup.

Receiving Your Order

Inspect all packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If packaging shows signs of damage, note it clearly on the paperwork before the driver leaves. Contact us at sales@mudtimes.com within 48 hours of delivery if you have any concerns, and include photos with your message.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free to all contiguous US addresses.
