Interior dimensions measure 24" long by 8" wide by 7" high, making it ideal for full-sized knives, swords, and longer tooling. The generous depth allows tip-to-tang processing without compromising airflow or temperature control.

Fast, Reliable Heat: High Temperature with Quick Heat-Up

Maximum temperature reaches 2200°F (1204°C), suitable for common knife steels and tempering cycles. The unit heats to temperature in about 35 minutes, so you can spend more time crafting and less time waiting. Exterior stays cooler to the touch thanks to Cool-Touch technology and a dual-layer air-cooled shell.

Out of the box, the HS24K includes Tap & Go control as standard. For advanced control, choose Spark touchscreen or TAP II with real-time app monitoring. A programmable alarm notifies you when target temperatures or program stages are reached, helping you coordinate complex heat-treat cycles.

• Argon Gas Kit: Includes tubing, fittings, and a ceramic dispensing needle to reduce oxidation during annealing, brazing, and stainless-steel heat treating.
• Standard Rolling Stand with Locking Casters: Adds mobility with a middle shelf and rolling capabilities. Available with one or two shelves.
• Quench Tank: 3-gallon welded steel tank, 24" deep × 26" tall with bolt-on feet, lid, and welded handles—ideal for oil or water quenching.
