This kiln comes standard with the Orton AutoFire 12-key controller, which includes built-in cone firing schedules and nine user programs for custom firing profiles. You also have the option to choose from other digital controller offerings to fit your workflow.
Included accessories and relay upgrade
Free accessories with purchase include a stand, manual lid lifter, and a solid state relay. A solid state relay delivers tighter temperature control, faster switching, longer element life, and potential energy savings compared to traditional mechanical relays, reducing wear, maintenance, and downtime over the kiln’s life.

When paired with the optional Wi-Fi Dongle, you can control and monitor firings from any device—computer, tablet, or smartphone. Automatic software updates from SDS Industries help keep the controller current, and you can adjust in-progress firings, skip steps, and view graphical firing information with a simple tap.
