In glass mode, the top elements deliver a heat surge to evenly heat the glass on the shelf while the side coils assist in reaching and maintaining temperature. In ceramic mode, this model achieves up to 2150°F. In glass mode, it reaches up to 1700°F. With a manual bypass (inquire prior to ordering for further information), this model can reach up to 2300°F.
