Firing Modes and Temperature
In ceramic mode, the kiln reaches up to 2150°F, delivering consistent heat for glaze development and clay maturation. In glass mode, it tops out at 1700°F, with uniform top heat across the shelf while some side coils assist with temperature ramp-up. A manual bypass option can push the maximum to 2300°F; please inquire prior to ordering for details.
