This page covers how billing works when you place an order with Mud Times Ceramics. Completing a purchase means you agree to the terms below.

Your chosen payment method must be valid and fully authorized at the time of checkout for your order to be processed.

How Charges Work

When you submit your order, your payment method is preauthorized and the amount is held. Within a few hours — once our team confirms the order and begins processing — your card is charged the full amount. An order confirmation email goes out as soon as the order is placed.

Pricing

All prices are in USD. Shipping is free to the contiguous US. Sales tax is collected on orders shipping to Texas only, in accordance with our sales and use tax obligations.

Payment Security

Every transaction on our site is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor.

Billing Errors

If something on your order confirmation looks incorrect, email us at sales@mudtimes.com as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Errors caught before shipment are corrected without delay. If the order has already shipped, resolution may involve return shipping costs or a restocking fee as outlined in our refund policy.

No Recurring Charges

Every purchase from Mud Times Ceramics is a single, one-time transaction. We do not operate subscription services or recurring billing of any kind.

Chargebacks

If you see a charge you don't recognize, please reach out to us at sales@mudtimes.com before contacting your bank. Most billing questions are resolved faster through direct communication, and we're committed to working toward a fair outcome.
