What equipment does Mud Times Ceramics sell?
We carry professional ceramics equipment including kilns and burnout ovens from authorized brands. Every product on our site comes with its full manufacturer warranty.

Is everything you sell brand new?
Yes. Every item sold through Mud Times Ceramics is new and sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Freight transit typically takes 4–9 business days after shipment. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of placement.

How does equipment ship?
All equipment ships via LTL freight on a pallet. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard delivery is curbside.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused equipment in original condition. A 20% restocking fee applies. 

What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect packaging before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage on the paperwork. Contact us at sales@mudtimes.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Are manufacturer warranties valid on your products?
Yes. Mud Times Ceramics is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so all manufacturer warranties are fully valid on purchases made through our site.
